1. Check your e-mail for a ticket. (it's not necessary to print an e-ticket. Just show it from the phone, in PDF format)
2. If you bought a ticket, but you didn't get it or you have problems – write to us in private messages.
3. Ticket sales online end on June 11 (Friday) at 10:00.
4. You can buy tickets directly at the venue.
5. There will be a food court on the territory of the festival. Payment: cash and card.
6. Ostrov Festival doesn't have:
- luggage storage;
- dress code. We advise you to dress for the weather;
- parking. It is better to use public transport or a taxi. You can also go to the Hydropark Parking and walk from this place (about 2 km) or you can use our shuttle buses. Buses will ride regularly in both directions from 22:00 to 10:00 (for free).
7. Please, pay attention to:
- any drinks and food cannot be brought to the festival territory;
- it is forbidden to swim in the Dnipro river from 22:00 to 07:00;
- entrance to the festival only from 18 years old.
8. If you have a ticket from Technobal, you can visit both days of the Ostrov Festival 2021. (at the entrance you must show a ticket)
9. How will the entrance work?
June 11:
from 22:00 to 06:00 – one-time entrance. During this period of time, you can enter and exit only once.
from 06:00 to 14:00 – entrance an unlimited number of times.
from 14:00 to 22:00 Saturday, June 12 – technical break, the festival doesn't work.
June 12:
from 22:00 to 06:00 – one-time entrance
from 06:00 to 15:00 – entrance an unlimited number of times.
10. Security and ambulances will work during the whole festival. If during the event you has become ill or someone need help, please contact the security or the organizers of the festival immediately.
11. Maintain water balance, wear masks, keep your distance, and in case of ill health, we advise you to stay at home.
