Regarding future events (Technobal, NECHTO, Ostrov Festival). There is no doubt that we will make everything planned. Yes, not on dates that have been scheduled, but we are not considering canceling these events - they will definitely take place. So, if you have that faith, you can leave your tickets, they will be valid for all our events under any circumstances.
However, if you would like a refund, please email us at info@qievdance.com. In the subject line, specify "(Event Name) / Return Tickets". In the letter itself, indicate the order number, number of tickets, phone number, and mail that was specified when buying tickets.
We need some time to process your requests, as well as to get the job done. As soon as we do, we will definitely be back with further information.
