- Before the event, check your mail for a ticket (you can show it from the phone, in PDF format).
- You may be denied entry if: you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs; behave aggressively; if you make conflict with the security service, administration or visitors to the event; in case of a positive COVID-19 test result, or the absence of a document / certificate / vaccination certificate, or a certificate of a negative COVID-19 test result.
- At the entrance, your age will be checked for compliance with the restriction of the event (18+), the authenticity of your ticket, the availability of relevant vaccination documents or a negative rapid / PCR test. Entry to the event is possible only if you have a vaccination document; negative PCR test, rapid test performed no later than 72 hours before the event; a certificate confirming recovery from COVID-19; negative rapid test performed at the venue. Lack of vaccination and / or a positive rapid / PCR test does not entitle you to attend the event.
- The vaccination document, or certificate of negative results, must contain the name and surname, to confirm identity. It should be either in the applications Dia and Helsi.me, or in paper form.
- Lack of vaccination, a positive result of a rapid / PCR test and a test purchased at a pharmacy do NOT entitle you to attend the event.
- If for some reason you are unable to take the test in advance (which we highly recommend for your comfort and safety), the mobile team will test on 02.10.2021 before the event:
- The laboratory will work from 21:30.
- The cost of testing is UAH 250;
- In case of a positive test, the result will be known in 4 minutes;
- In case of a negative test, the result can be obtained in 14 minutes.
- To take the test, you need to register with Safe Bot in advance (for greater convenience, use the telegram - @SafeEvent_bot) and show the QR-code provided to you by medical staff, which will confirm your registration. Instructions and QR-codes for registration will also be hung at the entrance. The QR code can be found below, or at the venue.
- After testing, within 15 minutes you will receive a QR code with the result that will need to be displayed at the entrance. A negative test result gives the right to enter the event. A positive test result does NOT entitle you to attend the event.
- You need have the original document confirming your identity (passport, driver's license or documents in the application "Dia").
- In case of a positive COVID-19 test result, you will be able to exchange a ticket for the next NECHTO event. To do this, you must send us a ticket (order number, ticket number), name and surname, a document confirming a positive test result on COVID-19 (if it is a QR-code, you must send a valid code to verify the validity of the result). Ticket exchange will be possible in case of an unused ticket (ie if it was not scanned during the event).
- The ticket gives the right of one-time entry into the territory of the event. After you leave the territory of the event, the possibility of re-entry with the same ticket is lost, the ticket becomes invalid and is non-refundable.
- You can buy tickets at the entrance.
- Refunds for tickets are made only in case of cancellation of the event.
- Delaying the start of the event or postponing the date of the event is not a reason to return the ticket.
- If you buy tickets to the event from unofficial distributors may be denied entry. The organizer of the event is not responsible for fake tickets.
- Only adults (18 years old) are allowed to enter the event.
- There is a small parking lot on the territory, so we recommend not to use your own transport. It is better to use public transport or taxi.
- It is strictly forbidden to carry to the west: prickly, cutting objects, pyrotechnics, weapons and explosives; professional photo and video equipment; any liquid and food; narcotic substances and means for their use.
- There will be bars and food courts on site. Calculation: cash and non-cash.
- There will be a wardrobe on site. There are no storage rooms.
- The Power Now service will work on the territory of the event, which will allow you to rent a power bank to charge your electronic devices. To use the power bank, you need to download the application (IOS, Android) and scan the QR code at the charging station during the event.
- It is forbidden to remove the mask or take it off the nose during the whole event, except in cases of drinking.
- It is forbidden to smoke in the whole territory of the event, except for specially equipped places for smoking.
- Purchasing a ticket means your automatic consent to all types of photography and video of your person and the public use of these materials by the organizers without obtaining additional consent from you.
